I have been using Lendingpad for two years. and this program is very user friendly. I hated encompass because it was confusing to me and very old fashions. But Lendingpad is update to date and always trying to back it better.
I would say they are both NOT user friendly. I have used Point, Encompass, and Lending Pad. The best thing about Lending Pad is that it's web based and makes it easy to generate NMLS Call Reports. Unfortunately I find the UI to be overly complicated and cumbersome. It's especially difficult to use in smaller windows
