Can’t agree enough. Also great mindset shift. What helped me is this quote “ what doesn’t kill u makes u stronger” and better and stronger mentally and with u and الله relationship. Easier said than done so my advice to my brothers is try making a home gym. U really don’t need much ( dumbbells,bench,rubber bands and a cable machine if u have the money). I’ve been lifting for 5 years so ik what im talking about. Wish you all the best in this life and the hereafter. Lets keep moving forward.
My own Squat rack, deadlift platform, combo rack, barbells, kettlebells, sleds, tires, pound plates, kg plates, belt squat machine, ghd , 45 degree back raise device, squat press machine, dumbbells (5 lbs-100 lbs)farmers walks handles, dip bar, lat pull down/ row combo, bands boxes, seal row bench, bulgarian split squat roller, glute bridge device, reverse hyperextension machine. That would be a safe bet.
