I follow a ton of asmr soap cutting/crushing videos and I have to say that you are BY FAR the best - heads and shoulders above the rest. There are levels to this and your level is untouchable. I can't imagine how much effort and time goes into your artistry. Could you give us a sense of that? How much time would it take to create a set like this and what is entailed? Acquiring the right textured soaps, cutting time, drying time, etc. I would love for us to appreciate even more what all goes into what we are able to enjoy!
You’re so sweet! I have been struggling lately to find enough time for soap creating and my family and work and all the things! It is a lot but it is truly my happy place, to be creating!! Sourcing soap is probably the hardest part. I live in a small town in Texas so I order most of the soaps I have! I was able to order most of the soaps in this video from a sweet lady in Russia, before the war started in Ukraine!! I am sadly not able to order from her right now! Her soaps are amazing and affordable, just shipping is killer, lol! I do order from all over the world still; including Saudi Arabia! It’s usually 2 weeks to a month waiting for soaps to arrive! I usually spend probably 6-10 hours on creating/cutting a set, depending on how large it is!! Cubing soap takes a little while too, but not near as long!! THEN, I try to let everything dry for about 2 weeks! Some soaps dry much fast and are good to go in a week, but most need two weeks to be super crispy! 🥰when the weather is colder or humid it takes a little longer! During the hot summer, everything dries super fast! 😊recording each video usually takes about 20-30 min and then I spend at least 2-3 hours editing each video!! Then they are finally ready for posting!! Shew, it’s a lot when I write it all down, but I LOVE every step of it! The hunt for soaps to buy, the creative process, the actual crushing 🥰🥰🥰, and editing! I love it all!! Oh I always use a LOT of soap! Haha each color is a bar of soap so you could count them that way! I didn’t split any in half or anything! I usually use anywhere from 24-50 bars!! O

I liked the video a lot but nine minutes and 30 seconds into the video I wish you would’ve stopped the video until that horrific noise in the background stopped then restarted your video that noise in the background was so loud that I had to turn the video off and it’s a shame because your video was really good
