I gave my heart away ONCE, in 1997...he wasn't who he said he was...we separated....he remarried (twice), me never....and both of us happy without each other...I thought I didn't care ...He died, Thanksgiving day, 2018...and I didn't realize I never recovered, forgave, or even allowed myself to love again....until this song, this cover...this day...ugh!
