After repeated viewings, there appears (rightfully so) to be a camera focused on Charlie's performance. Above and beyond anything, that's some massive bonus points. I wasn't wrong in pointing out his awesomeness.
Of all forms of Arts, Music is the most complete one, as it uses the verb, the sound and physical expression, to reach our senses, hearts and souls. Yanni, with his unique and immense talents, is one of its best ever products. "The Rainmaker" is one of those pieces, which is so sublime listening to, it seems as though, Divine inspiration, touched the minds and hearts of the musicians, who put together, such a masterpiece. Each sequence of the song is unique, unequaled, but yet, they all form a harmonious complement of each other. Only a true master like Yanni, could have made from this mosaic of perfect parts, a seamless hymn of pure, crystalline beauty, that rings to the ear, and so more to the heart and soul, taking the listener to a journey into unexplored emotions.

These instruments are used during initiation of young boys and girls at age of 12 and 13, where they are taught the ways of life, weather and climate cycles, how to live and be able to live in this world. It connects them to the creator and can bring healing and destruction to the listener. Joshua used these instruments to bring down the walls of Jericho and David used them for healing.
Descobri Yanne pelo canal Multishow a 20 anos atrás. Desde então, procuro acompanhar. Em 2010, quando ele veio ao Brasil, minhas filhas me deram de presente um ingresso. Fui com a Eduarda minha filha mais nova no Via Parque ver. Tenho vários CDS e 3 DVDs. Já estão gastos. Preciso repor, pois os mesmos já estão arranhados. Difícil é saber como conseguir. Sou admirador do estilo do Yanni. Parabéns pelos músicos e cantores que o acompanham.

Movies like "That Thing You Do" have started to focus me on the affect of drummers on things. Charlie Adams (which you seem to still have from Acropolis) seems to be (reasonably) a genius about the timekeeping element. I'm hoping you kept him for the right reasons and not loyalty. He rocks.
I believe he and Charlie "go way back" as friends from their college days, but I could be mistaken. Either way, yes, he's an amazing drummer and hopefully the combination of his talent and their friendship helped pave the way for decades of amazing concerts :)
+pi_ beta Expert timekeepers are a rare thing. It is why for so many years (and still haven't been supplanted in the vernacular) things and people have been referred to against a "Swiss watch". He (Charlie) is one of those that should be compared to a Swiss watch. He does an expert job at his job and even the secondary timekeepers follow his lead very expertly. +1 to the expert leader for picking an expert timekeeper and for having secondary timekeepers that can follow expertly. Sometimes finding expert followers is hard to do.
