And now, after rebirth, she deliberately makes ML's life in hell that she even makes it difficult for him to make a living. She never forced him to date her, he believed getting time to spend with his sweetheart was more important then his mother's healthcare and had a completely biased view that rich girls shouldn't get a higher grade then him. With his sweetheart, did the Internet disappear, did his phone disappear? He could have spent time with her through those methods. He blamed mc over his sweetheart having been a goldigger and getting married. He repayed kindness with hate. He repayed her kindness (money for his mother's medical bills) with murder, there was no reason for him to kill her or use her parents for his own wealth in such a malicious way. Dude was just delusional regarding his gold digger sweetheart. She never manipulated him, if he really didn't want the HUGE amount of money for his mom and life, he could have refused. In a way, she is staying away from him, including anything related to her I.e her families businesses. Why shouldnt she pay him back for his lack of filial piety or gratefulness or even his overblown pride. If my mum needed money to live, I wouldn't stub my nose off just cause of a bias or overblown pride. I mean she never ever forced him to date her, just spend time with her (which she shouldn't have done either but he shows regardless of the way, he'd still be angry about getting money he needs) he showed he lacked morals in the end, and that was all him
