You're jaw is not at all square. You have a pretty feminine face shape already. I do too. Sometimes I've wanted to get FFS. I also want to get as few surgeries as possible. I haven't been misgendered since pretty early in my transition. To each their own though. If you really feel like you need FFS by all means. I've heard Dr. Jeffrey Spiegel in Boston is really good.
So, I had my surgery and I'm currently recovering. I've been on for 4 and a half years. I don't think I bruise any easier. My skin is thinner and smoother now though. I'm glad my libido dropped. My libido pre HRT didn't match my mind.

I got breast implants at the same time and they have to be bound for a few days until the incisions have enough time heal. Which is not fun at all. They should be getting unbound soon. Which can't come soon enough. You need to make sure you have a good person supporting you through this. My mom has been here for me even though It hasn't been easy for her. It's gotten pretty emotional at times.
How long time you wait for Spironolactone work for blocker. Here in Souteast Asia we using Cyproterone Acetate for blocker and it's work. But i try Spiro for my blocker and it isn't work, i wait for 3 weeks & my libido doesn't decrease and my face still oily. So now i'm using Cypro. Sorry for my bad English :)
Congrats! Yay! You look like a female anyway. I'm excited for you. I remember it was so exciting for me when I finally was able to start. (It is so ridiculous trying to get on hrt!)

Great video as usual! Great job incorporating the traditional changes with your personal goals too! I really hope you get everything you wished for during your transition! As for not having a partner in your life now, don't get discouraged because eventually you will find that special someone!
Corey just so you know you gotta keep it real in expectations when it comes to HRT, because a lot of the time trans-woman won't even get an A cup less than that and it's actually pretty common so don't feel so discouraged if that does happen also hormones don't always give you fat distribution sometimes but not always, also the skin thing and sweat doesn't change like the way you think unless if you're a 15 year old starting hormones than that's a different story all together. So moral of the story HRT isn't a miracle sex Hormone that will turn you into a female and if you believe it, then your expectations will melt down in front of you and destroy you so make sure you see someone professional to help guide you through this which is very important to keep things real. This is why surgery is important like breast augmentation, facial feminization surgery, srs ect...

you can get them on medicaid and medicare. Just got to find a good Ob/gyn or Endocrinologist or you might get lucky and find a Primary doctor that can do it.
