If you go way back our music used to have meaning, there are different types of genres in music for a reason. ''Black music'' however does not fall under any genre, soul music is not only for black people because there's artists Amy Winehouse and Adele that prove otherwise. Rapping isn't much different either as there are artists like Eminem that have 100% pure talent, ARTISTS like young thug or maybe Lil yatchy may not show much talent by covering it up with ''100% vulgar launguage'' but people like Biggie and Tupac had both had 100% of each of those things in their music, you just don't understand the art. Everyone falls under different types of genres regardless of their skin colour so I would appreciate if you wouldn't categorise rap or any music you might see black people in as ''black people music'' Thank you
