It does scream P&D Security Fraud, doesn't it. I am sure the argument is going to be 'Trump couldn't sell his stocks, this it wasn't a P&D scam.' It might be enough of a shield, short term, but there is a lot of questions. Such as 'how many people around Trump Dumped after this Pump?' and 'Would his Board really investigate if he Dumped his stocks against contract?' If I was part of the federal government, I would be investigating these possibilities. At the very least, the timing of the 'bad news release' screams insider trading.

If people vote against the abortion ban in Florida, I can see the state gov. finding a way to argue that the ballot was somehow illegal, and that they can't approve of the results because of this, so the ban will still be in effect.
I wonder why it's not even the rule in women's BB to have the penalty shot line a few inches closer to the brim than in men's BB, given women are usually shorter than men. For the very same reason the net in women's volleyball is 19 cm (7.5 inches) lower than that in men's volleyball.

I never watch sports anymore but I watched Iowa-LSU last night. What a game! Exciting throughout. Ok, I went to Iowa but still I never watch games anymore. Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese were electrifying. Both teams were. And we love Desi. She came to Iowa in the early 2000s with William Shatner for a science fiction movie spoof.

As a Portlander that has done a lot of Union work for shows at Moda here ~ you might be surprised to know that sometimes both show and game crews have to work within a couple hour window in stadium turnover. Don't forget they did it right seemingly every other time :)

In defense of Florida voters…WE, the Fl voters, were not the ones who put the 6 week ban on abortion. That was the _extreme right legislature_ that did it. Hopefully the abortion rights bill will pass along with the recreational marijuana bill.

@@MTMF.london there is a _lot_ of gerrymandering here. You should take a look at the skewed districts. DeSantis took it upon himself to do some redrawing of districts himself a while ago. It was taken to court and I think they’re still fighting over it.
We, the Fl voters, voted to reinstate felon voting rights when they have served their term…the Fl legislators (republicans) immediately took it upon themselves to tweak what the voters wanted and added caveats to the bill.
