Awwww, the wee smile at the end! Love it, this is some project. It's brilliant you're doing this so we can watch because there is no way in hell that I'm taking on a challenge as big as this any time soon, so thank you. Cheers.
Finally ................ at last the long awaited day has come! We have been watching since day one and are ever so excited to see you get her started up and driving under her own power. Well done Gentlemen. We shared your video on FB. Just to let you know why it may not get shared as often as you wish ............ could be, that one cannot share the videos if one is watching on their television. Have to go to YT, sign in and then share from the computer to do so. PS: Car looks great ............... You think maybe the problems lie in you somehow got the steering wheel placed on the wrong side of the car? 😇
Been watching for 4 years your build of the Locost 7. Great to see your hard work has come to fruition and that the 7 is “moving” under its own steam! You must be well pleased with all your hardworking, thanks for sharing with us!
when making grp moulds, the best tape i was always told to use was brown parcel tape, ive done it a couple of times it creates a really smooth surface with it
Well done Tommy, great work. I've been watching this build from the start. Got into the channel with the TVR strip down so I could take my car apart. I've owned the Ron Champion book for nearly 30 years and the closet I've got to building my own sports car is watching this! The car sounds great, I'm sure you'll iron out the niggles.
Looking good. Been watching from the start. Time to go over the IVA manual a few more times. I sold my GBS Zero last year and kind of miss it every time I watch ToolsNtracK. 👍
Yeah, it drives!!! That roll bar is not to tall? Shared this video on FB. I'm building my header these days, never done anything like this before. I went with the factory NC internal fuel assembly, because I heard from others that these external pumps are noisy. Man, soon you will be done, and what I will be watching? More Locost content.
Woohoo, it moves ( and stops😂). I think you were 4 or 5 episodes into the build when RUclips suggested a video to me, watched it, went back and watched everything else and hit the subscribe button. Is the suspension a bit on the soft side, there was a noticeable lean from the back view as you drove out of the garage?

Must feel great to have it moving. Looks awesome. Great work.

She started up keenly enough. Good to see you get moving, albeit with an issue. It won't be long now! Always knew you would.
Wow what a relief! The light at the end of the tunnel!
Great to see it moving Tommy. Looking forward to seeing it autotesting.
If you have it ready for April bring it to kitfest at santapod 😎👍
It’s changed from a project to a car 😀 great progress

Love this series !

Dude! This is so great!
I was really hoping it wouldn't fit through the door
Looks like you lost the bet!
Well
Well well

Stay tuned, it's much worse than that
Is it full Westfield body on Locost chassis or just bits ?
Looks a lot of wheel arch clearance on the rear ?
Full body. I've widened the rear a foot or so to fit the chassis. I can see why the arch clearance is so wide now....
