I have an elderly friend who was being scammed by a young blonde woman claiming to be from Alabama
He was 70 years old and from Alabama and I try to explain to him that he was being scammed, but he did not believe me
Until I took over the chat 😂
I first pretended to have millions of dollars and sent the so-called blonde bombshell of the beauty to western union three times and one day with fake numbers 😂 “ She” became so irate and that’s when I gave her the phone number to the FBI. Needless to say, she blocked all contact 😂

The Hurricane complainers-- They chose to live there,, what"d they expect ?? I lived there for a year , age 19, had a good time, until Hurricanes came and insane weather every month. Lots of beautiful weather too, all mixed. Why anybody would work their whole life just to retire in Florida, is beyond me. I left after a year , and I was young & strong.

This is typical in America because various industries, engineers and construction, surveyors and business, medical establishment
interact to build a commodity that functions like a hospital,---this as long as the geology supports it.
Once the geology takes action your investment capital is sunk.
Now who in their right mind would put their money where it has the highest chance of vanishing?
Only people who use the money of other people and have no direct stake if it gets lost is who.
The social arrangement is irrational. Industries are not free to be, they are free to act as buyers and sellers.
They are not free to be engineers and builders in this irrational policy set up.
The policies repress what the trades can really do.
Industries are busy buying and selling more than they are busy constructing structures that have a greater value in their use.
Islands are the first to appear and disappear. Fault lines are first to break open and gravity takes over.
No rationally minded engineer, builder, would put their own money into a project they know has no longevity for real economic wealth.
