You might not know this and I didn't until recently, but barbarians deposit one population for every territory they siege down. Since you started in Caledonia for this run it would've been beneficial to allow barbarians to siege your territories to increase your integrated pops as the pops they deposit are of the majority culture and religion which surrounds their spawns. An 8k sized barbarian stack would deposit up to 16 pops as an example.
Very cool video, i love it. Also in the Albion tree you have a branch to reform with easier task and better rewards. You can try it for another time if you do a Hibernia run or something Like that. And i would love see you continue on Albion tree. very few video on the new invictus mission tree but very interesting to play.
there is one thing you could consider if you want more political influence, if you start as a tribe and reform into a republic (or start as a republic) then you can gain more political influence from a modifier of an innovation that makes you become a dictatorship (though it will always cost some of the stability equilibrium, and depending on the chosen option you might also have to deal with a very corrupt starting dictator/emperor)
Nice game play! Consider making a big epirus campaign, marry phyrrus with the niece of Alexander, she is the sister of the other ruler you gonna get following the historical path, so you get the blood of the argeads and when you restored the empire of elexander it gonna make the name argead empire instead of hellenic empire
Your job isn't finished yet, We english are formed from northern germany, norway and northern france. You know what to do next. (This is totally not a part 2 bait noooooope.)
Finally scottish indepence!
Finally

Are you thinking of playing knights of honor 2?
Weren't the Scoti a Gaelic (Irish) tribe?
Utopia and slavery dont mix that well but i mean the greeks(ancient) did say that those two mix well who am i to say anything 😅
I meant it kind of jokingly from the Scottish perspective but yeah it’s not that clear 😅
In the original Utopia (More's book) slavery was very much present.
