At one point during it I was almost 100% certain I was in my DR because I felt like I was in my Dr bed and smelt the smell I had scripted I would smell. That happened to me the first time I tried, but I never got to that point again :( I don't even know how really shifting is supposed to feel like, it's like I can't make the images in my head clear

I literally used to do this about 15 years ago. I'd just lie there and slowly become the character in my imagination. Most times I'd fall asleep. You really do need to concentrate and focus your thoughts onto creating a tangible world in your imagination. I used to listen to the same song over and over and replay an imaginary music video in my head that I was try to slip into. I didn't call it shifting. I just called it 'pretending'.
Me: *trying to meditate and shift* Everyone in the house: *walking around really loud / screaming / making the cat scream? / moving things around / watch the tv at max volume / start a karaoke*

For anyone struggle to shift: 1. it’s okay to have doubts 2 it’s okay to get distracted just let yourself know that your progress isn’t lost and it’s okay 3. get comfortable 4. not everyone will experience symptoms 5. Don’t think about what’s going on, don’t focus on your body or what’s happening in your CR 6. Don’t open your eyes even if a method says so, you know when you are sleeping and you wake up, and how natural it feels you’re not forcing your eyes open. so when you are in your DR your eyes will automatically open and it will feel right 7. what helps to shift is thinking about how it’s like to sneeze. Do you know when you sneeze and you allow yourself to sneeze and you do but if you think about it to hard you won’t. Well shifting is the same way, it’s super easy like sneezing but if you try to force it it may not happen 8. you can shift with a negative mindset. i’m not suggesting it but it’s possible so it’s okay to be angry or upset, it may be difficult but it’s not impossible . 9. shifting isn’t as complicated as you think. You don’t have to follow any rules if you don’t want. You don’t need a script, you can be in any position with limbs touching, you don’t need to drink a lot of water or believe in shifting 100% cause i know it’s hard cause you may have not shifted yet, but it’s possible and of course guided meditations have helped people shift but there are also ways to shift without anything at all just your conscious knowing deep down that you can shift. You all got this!!
I am trying to shift to a show/anime’s that’s animated and I’m struggling to imagine myself animated. Do I have to imagine myself and surrounding animated? It’s kinda hard for me

No, you don’t have to imagine yourself animated, in fact you can just imagine words to describe yourself and surroundings , cause deep down your subconscious knows what you look like and what that show will look like and that you want to look animated. It’s really all in intention. you can even look up pictures of that show and take in what you see and when you try to visualize you can use words if you can’t picture it.

Sometimes I’ll see a tiny white dot but it will fade away or go down out of my vision. I can’t visualize, it’s really hard 4 me. I tried to shift numerous times today and I saw a little bit of white on the corner of my eye when it was closed. Any other tips?

JOOOOO wtf i have to tell the world what happened rn. So i was trying this just for fun, because i realized i was tired. So i personally cant sleep well on my back, but i tried this, as said, just for fun. When she started to count, i started to say affirmations between every number extra. So at 80 my body began to feel lighter... at 50, lighter and lighter. So as she began to count down till 1, from 15, my body began to "shake" and i started to smell something from my DR (i scripted that i smell vanilla, and I smelled vanilla, and i have nothing in my room which smells like vanilla wtf). So my heartbeat got really fast and i breathed a bit faster, i didnt freaked out but i couldnt fall asleep so i'm here. But thats a sign. Shifting is real and EVERYONE can SHIFT. YES YOU! Ok so I did this today for the first time, I was doing it for fun, and I don't know if it's just me but every time she said “i can feel myself shifting" different parts of my body started tingling. And when she got to 20 I have no clue what happened but suddenly everything went quiet for a millisecond and I could feel nothing and I saw this weird lights and patterns on the back of my eyelids and then it stopped when she got to one! Honestly until today, I didn't think this was possible. If ur still reading, your a real one! And Imma do this every day now.
YALL THIS WORKS, this was my first time trying to fully shift and not give up and turn over to gts. I didnt shift but this is what happened. i scripted to not shift the wrong reality and i scripted that if i shifted to another reality, i would go to my dr by saying "switch" and i think you script it too
in the beginning i told myself, its not gonna work in 100 seconds. I forgot I was still awake at 30, I dont know what I was thinking of but someone toched me and I jumped. My body jumped in my bed. then i remembered i was still watching a video. I knew i could do it.

trying to shift day one: so i had an allergic reaction to some peanuts today but it's not severe so I had to take some benadryl, and since it makes you tired i thought "i should try to shift since it'll be easier to fall asleep in starfish position" and so i used this guided meditation since everyone said it was really helpful and this is the most symptoms I've ever felt. i heard voices from my dr and my heart was pounding, my body felt numb and i could barely feel the blanket covering me. it felt like someone was forcing my eyes open but i didn't open them and i eventually fell asleep. i didn't shift but i felt really really close it doing it. i felt someone holding my hand which is a signal i scripted for when i try to shift day two: i tried again this time when i was kinda tired, and i felt the usual numbness but today i was rather unfocused and was thinking about other things. i literally thought the video ended but i was just drifting off into my own thoughts so much that i literally was not acknowledging it. i ended up pulling an all-nighter, and just falling asleep regularly and then having a weird dream. this seems unrelated but im just talking ab what happened. idk man i was in japan and was the only one who couldn't speak Japanese and then some weird butler-looking people were committing mass genocide by popping glue stick caps at people LMAO. anyway. this was a fail, but i believe that every time i try to shift, i become closer to doing it. day three: didn't try to shift to avoid mental stress. took a break and actually went to sleep early so good for me!:D day four: i don't think ill be trying to shift with the meditation tonight. i tend to blank out from any subliminal or meditation i use. but i will update with results and talk ab my dream bc why not:D ik recording your dreams helps with lucid dreaming and there's a lucid dreaming method i wanna try to shift. its where you lucid dream then summon a door to ur DR whilst being in the lucid dream then go through the door and boom shift! so yeah goodnight yall

@@lili-maecookson1193 I read a tip somewhere to script that your eyes will automatically open when you're in your desired reality. I've never shifted (I just made my first attempt and I got pretty far) so I can't confirm yet if it works or not.
by the time she got to 70 my entire right leg was tingling and i had to force myself not to pay attention to it, then my entire body went numb and there was another feeling that i can’t really describe in a way that will make sense. i was so close!
i literally almost shifted only by listening to this, buttttt i think that the last part about coming back is not really good, and they should make an extended version of this and just leave the background music play for hours

thats a really common thing to happen, dont stress ab it!! just a tip: when you are trying to shift do not open your eyes by “yourself”, what i mean is that it should be natural (like when you wake up you dont tell yourself to open your eyes, they just open) thats what should happen!! hey everyone! quick tip for shifting i’ve found works for me honestly shifting is really easy i just recommend you don’t use a method. the reason i say this is because when you concentrate too hard on the idea of shifting it makes you too tense and you won’t actually shift. what’s best is to imagine shifting like getting a glass of water from the kitchen, you’re like “hm i’m a bit thirsty i’m gonna go get this water” so you go get the water from the kitchen. you’re not obsessing over the water, and shifting is the same way. think of it like that bc shifting is so easy you have potential to do it just don’t be so focused on the end goal. it’s completely fine to get distracted

This actually really helped. I wasn't even that tired, but I still tried this anyway. I was going on 6 hours of sleep, so I thought I was fine. My body felt really heavy, I saw bright lights, twitching, and I started getting dizzy. I have to listen to this again when I'm super tired.

I literally used to do this about 15 years ago. I'd just lie there and slowly become the character in my imagination. Most times I'd fall asleep.
You really do need to concentrate and focus your thoughts onto creating a tangible world in your imagination. I used to listen to the same song over and over and replay an imaginary music video in my head that I was try to slip into.
I didn't call it shifting. I just called it 'pretending'.

For anyone struggle to shift:
1. it’s okay to have doubts
2 it’s okay to get distracted just let yourself know that your progress isn’t lost and it’s okay
3. get comfortable
4. not everyone will experience symptoms
5. Don’t think about what’s going on, don’t focus on your body or what’s happening in your CR
6. Don’t open your eyes even if a method says so, you know when you are sleeping and you wake up, and how natural it feels you’re not forcing your eyes open. so when you are in your DR your eyes will automatically open and it will feel right
7. what helps to shift is thinking about how it’s like to sneeze. Do you know when you sneeze and you allow yourself to sneeze and you do but if you think about it to hard you won’t. Well shifting is the same way, it’s super easy like sneezing but if you try to force it it may not happen
8. you can shift with a negative mindset. i’m not suggesting it but it’s possible so it’s okay to be angry or upset, it may be difficult but it’s not impossible .
9. shifting isn’t as complicated as you think. You don’t have to follow any rules if you don’t want. You don’t need a script, you can be in any position with limbs touching, you don’t need to drink a lot of water or believe in shifting 100% cause i know it’s hard cause you may have not shifted yet, but it’s possible and of course guided meditations have helped people shift but there are also ways to shift without anything at all just your conscious knowing deep down that you can shift. You all got this!!
I am trying to shift to a show/anime’s that’s animated and I’m struggling to imagine myself animated. Do I have to imagine myself and surrounding animated? It’s kinda hard for me

No, you don’t have to imagine yourself animated, in fact you can just imagine words to describe yourself and surroundings , cause deep down your subconscious knows what you look like and what that show will look like and that you want to look animated. It’s really all in intention. you can even look up pictures of that show and take in what you see and when you try to visualize you can use words if you can’t picture it.

Sometimes I’ll see a tiny white dot but it will fade away or go down out of my vision. I can’t visualize, it’s really hard 4 me. I tried to shift numerous times today and I saw a little bit of white on the corner of my eye when it was closed. Any other tips?

JOOOOO wtf i have to tell the world what happened rn. So i was trying this just for fun, because i realized i was tired. So i personally cant sleep well on my back, but i tried this, as said, just for fun. When she started to count, i started to say affirmations between every number extra. So at 80 my body began to feel lighter... at 50, lighter and lighter. So as she began to count down till 1, from 15, my body began to "shake" and i started to smell something from my DR (i scripted that i smell vanilla, and I smelled vanilla, and i have nothing in my room which smells like vanilla wtf). So my heartbeat got really fast and i breathed a bit faster, i didnt freaked out but i couldnt fall asleep so i'm here. But thats a sign. Shifting is real and EVERYONE can SHIFT. YES YOU! Ok so I did this today for the first time, I was doing it for fun, and I don't know if it's just me but every time she said “i can feel myself shifting" different parts of my body started tingling. And when she got to 20 I have no clue what happened but suddenly everything went quiet for a millisecond and I could feel nothing and I saw this weird lights and patterns on the back of my eyelids and then it stopped when she got to one! Honestly until today, I didn't think this was possible.

trying to shift
day one: so i had an allergic reaction to some peanuts today but it's not severe so I had to take some benadryl, and since it makes you tired i thought "i should try to shift since it'll be easier to fall asleep in starfish position" and so i used this guided meditation since everyone said it was really helpful and this is the most symptoms I've ever felt. i heard voices from my dr and my heart was pounding, my body felt numb and i could barely feel the blanket covering me. it felt like someone was forcing my eyes open but i didn't open them and i eventually fell asleep. i didn't shift but i felt really really close it doing it. i felt someone holding my hand which is a signal i scripted for when i try to shift
day two: i tried again this time when i was kinda tired, and i felt the usual numbness but today i was rather unfocused and was thinking about other things. i literally thought the video ended but i was just drifting off into my own thoughts so much that i literally was not acknowledging it. i ended up pulling an all-nighter, and just falling asleep regularly and then having a weird dream. this seems unrelated but im just talking ab what happened. idk man i was in japan and was the only one who couldn't speak Japanese and then some weird butler-looking people were committing mass genocide by popping glue stick caps at people LMAO. anyway. this was a fail, but i believe that every time i try to shift, i become closer to doing it.
day three: didn't try to shift to avoid mental stress. took a break and actually went to sleep early so good for me!:D
day four: i don't think ill be trying to shift with the meditation tonight. i tend to blank out from any subliminal or meditation i use. but i will update with results and talk ab my dream bc why not:D ik recording your dreams helps with lucid dreaming and there's a lucid dreaming method i wanna try to shift. its where you lucid dream then summon a door to ur DR whilst being in the lucid dream then go through the door and boom shift! so yeah goodnight yall

I was so close my body was light there was bright light but I opened my eyes to early
thats a really common thing to happen, dont stress ab it!! just a tip: when you are trying to shift do not open your eyes by “yourself”, what i mean is that it should be natural (like when you wake up you dont tell yourself to open your eyes, they just open) thats what should happen!! YOU WILL SHIFT!! 111 222 333
You could script that when you fully shift you will automatically open your eyes. That’s what I did.

so i didn’t shift but! i did feel lighter and lighter and could feel my characters surrounding me. i felt tingly and my muscles began to twitch. i felt tickles down the back of my neck as if someone was rubbing it. i think i ruined it though because my eye was itching and i accidentally scratched it haha. i believe we can do this. we can !

hey everyone! quick tip for shifting i’ve found works for me
honestly shifting is really easy i just recommend you don’t use a method. the reason i say this is because when you concentrate too hard on the idea of shifting it makes you too tense and you won’t actually shift. what’s best is to imagine shifting like getting a glass of water from the kitchen, you’re like “hm i’m a bit thirsty i’m gonna go get this water” so you go get the water from the kitchen. you’re not obsessing over the water, and shifting is the same way. think of it like that bc shifting is so easy you have potential to do it just don’t be so focused on the end goal. it’s completely fine to get distracted

This actually really helped. I wasn't even that tired, but I still tried this anyway. I was going on 6 hours of sleep, so I thought I was fine. My body felt really heavy, I saw bright lights, twitching, and I started getting dizzy. I have to listen to this again when I'm super tired.
When shifting realities, it's possible to have different memories only if you're open to it! That's even more interesting.
