its important to note that the spell copies generated by Stella Lee's tap ability do not count toward storm, so this is not necessarily a storm commander without an Isochron Scepter+Dramatic Reversal combo.
I run Twisted Fealty, Involuntary Employment, Claim the Firstborn, Cerulean Wisps, Shore Up, Crypsis, Dramatic Reversal, and Refocus as my package to combo with Stella Lee. I picked Involuntary Employment so I could make infinite treasures without having a storm kiln artist out. Claim the Firstborn can be a perfect enabler on a turn you cast Stella since she is a three mana creature. Shore up can be a protection piece on top of being an enabler for infinite magecraft.
Hey, just wanted to add that in addition to breach, this deck can win very cleanly with twisted fealty, which will just win the game for you. Another option is any fatestitcher effect on board + dramatic reversal, hidden strings, or any of the several other cards that have the dramatic reversal type effect (there are several). This lets you copy any instant or sorcery infinite times, so it turns a cantrip into draw your deck or a lightning bolt/gut shot into gg. These are all very strong cards in the deck anyway so it is a good winline without having to add in any dead cards to make it work. (Dramatic reversal and hidden strings both make infinite mana, fatestitcher lets you untap stella extra times if you need too and if you don't need it yet you can toss it to a faithless looting or frantic search effect and it will be useful later, bolt is good removal and a cheap spell for stella to see, gut shot is free to cast to get to 3 spells).
I find that dramatic reversal is not needed in the deck since your catnips 99% draw 1 drop mana cards or 1 drop mana burn damage for 2 or 3 because your 3rd card is going to be your loop win con card
@MRAIClassroom you can still use it in a 1v1 if you can cast enough low cost mana rocks and spells to end up getting enough storm count. If you are doing combo by turn 3 we can assume your opponent has 90 +/- cards in deck you'd need about 30 storm count.
I think spell seeker shouldn’t be evaluated for this deck based on its performance in other izzet decks. She’s essentially just another copy of your 1 card win con whereas in other izzet decks she isn’t. You would never take spell seeker out of inalla for example.
Storm-Kiln Artist would actually be Infinite/2 not Infinite/infinite, not a trivial difference because a stacks piece like Thalia, Guardian of Thraben will be able to first strike kill it, while also being an amazing stax piece against storm.
The trick here, as I see it, what happens if one of your Breach/Brainfreeze combo is exiled? Izzet needs some more backups. I suppose that Dual Caster combos work as well. Also need to be careful with Archmage Emeritus and Brain Freeze.. The Archmage will draw you a card for each copy that Storm makes.. could accidentally deck yourself.
Atraxa is super expensive that is the reason. Spoilers. There was a cheater that moved up the winrate a bit. I removed all games from that person and it did drop after that.
I just draw my entire deck play a card that says I win if I draw a card when there is no cards then use draw a card spell ftw. Super easy been play testing turn 3-4 turn wins fairly consistent.
It may be too cute, but she triggers off of any spell cast including creatures. So you can use shrieking Drake to increase the spell count for her without actually expending resources
Her first ability lets you play the card "Till the end of your next turn." so flipping into a counter spell isn't too bad.
"The more colors, the better."
Magda: hold my ale
Well there are special cases!

you didn’t mention the twisted fealty combo but seems pretty good in this deck
It's very good. Gets around stax that affects card draw.
Absolutely!! I run her with it, nastiness

I need to note that the Copies made from Stella Lee don't actually get CAST. The copies do NOT increase storm count for cards like [[Brain Freeze]]
Thank u I wasn’t entirely sure about that.

I got to watch this later, I just finished building my version of this deck while I was bored during a guest speaker
Interesting comments, really excited to try her out
Great video! The stats based on actual tournaments is awesome!
Thank you! That is what I mostly do.
Great job explaining some of the finer details!
Thankl you!
Infuse deserves a mention. Tbh I find it a little disappointing to get a 'deck tech' without a deck list.
Really great deck tech - very much appreciated.
Your welcome!
A vintage staple (or used to be, its been awhile), but how about Mechant Scroll?
1UU for Merchant Scroll into Cerulean Wisps is pretty mana efficient.
It was mentioned in the video rewatch again

Sounds like Dramatic Reversal with Archmage Emeritus out is the way to go for this deck over Cerulean Wisps
Muddle can find Dockside
Stella Lee, Mindbroken
EDIT: ee-mare-ih-tus. It means a teacher who is still prominent in the field despite retiring from teaching.

So, am I missing something here? How would Stella's copy's add to storm count? Storm is amount of spells cast right? Stella copies them.
Yes I miss said that. I was focusing so much on the part where magecraft works with it.
The trick here, as I see it, what happens if one of your Breach/Brainfreeze combo is exiled? Izzet needs some more backups. I suppose that Dual Caster combos work as well.

true!
Obviously we should be playing Oracle and Bourne Upon
The copies made from Stella don't increase Storm count. They aren't actually CAST, just copied
You would need to cast a good number of low/zero cost artifacts, sac for Mana and cast more spels
If you weren't aware, the 'cerulean' in cerulean wisps is pronounced with a 's' not a 'k'. English is a silly language, I know.
Not even mentioning the ACTUAL 1-card combo w Stella? ^^ Twisted Fealty
Yeah that is also an option. One of many.
@@cedhtv Its the only one that not only starts the engine but actually finnishes the game in one card.
What do people think is good to find with intuition in this deck? Should Intuition be in the deck at all?
Thank you!🙏 😊
Big watcher! I am an atraxa player and the deck has fallen off recently. Can you do an update and see why that maybe?
Atraxa is super expensive that is the reason.
Spoilers.
There was a cheater that moved up the winrate a bit. I removed all games from that person and it did drop after that.
@@cedhtv ty for looking into it!
Twisted fealty don't is in the deck? 🤔🤔🤔
Breach - LED - BrainFreeze is 3 cards instead of Oracle (1 card)
Why no mention to new urabrask
Do you play Isochron in the list or cut it?
You don't need scepter in this list. The commander is the scepter.
I just draw my entire deck play a card that says I win if I draw a card when there is no cards then use draw a card spell ftw. Super easy been play testing turn 3-4 turn wins fairly consistent.

Sure but it is a bad card otherwhise and honestly you can probobly get there without it. But I guess as a value card sure.
It wouldn’t fit the set theme; but very sad she is not a wizard.
I can't believe Wizards printed this card. I hope they ban Stella Lee!
😂 chill
wizards doesn’t control what’s banned in commander
Terrible take.
this or vadrik. mmmmmm
