We are getting K2SO this season. Plus the whole thing is a highlight reel of Cassian's adventures over 4 years in story. How can you be pessimistic? I'm not. :)
I just started watching Daredevil in preparation for the new show next year. Always heard great things about it but just never got around to it. Just finished season 1 about a week ago and I gotta say I already think it's one of the all-time best Marvel shows. The writing is superb, the acting is fantastic (Cox and D'Onofrio particularly) and the action is just insane! My only complaint with that show thus far is that it takes way too long for Matt to get the Daredevil suit but that's a pretty minor complaint to have all things considered.
The old Mission Impossible series was really good. Of the movies, I’ve only seen the first one, which completely assassinated Michael Phelps character, so I haven’t seen the rest in protest. EDIT: It was Jim Phelps, not Michael Phelps. Ones the head of a topic secret government spy agency, and the other's an Olympic swimmer.
I actually think Jurassic World Rebirth has some good potential. Gareth Edwards is directing and David Koepp is returning to write for the first time since Lost World. Plus they seem to be doing away with the whole global dinosaur thing and instead they only live near the equator or something.
Naboo, you need to watch the Mission Impossible movies. 2 was bad, but 3 and onward are pretty good. Mission Impossible Fallout, the 6th one and my favorite of the movies, has Henry Cavill in it!
New Wallace and Gromit movie comes out at the beginning of January on Netflix. Particularly looking forward to that, EDIT: Full title is Wallace and Gromit Vengeance Most Fowl.
In a few weeks I'll start rewatching Andor S1 in preparation for S2. While there are some interesting movies coming out, I don't see any that have me really excited. Happy New Year all!
I saw in a video yesterday (I thought it was you guys) that there is a rumor that now that Shawn Levy is done with Deadpool and Wolverine he has already begun work on his SW movie and it begins filming in 2025.
There's one more movie that I'm really excited for: From the World of John Wick: Ballerina. I love the John Wick movies, the universe has so much potential for spinoffs, and it stars one of my favorite actresses working today, Ana De Armas. I definitely won't miss it.
Honestly with Minecraft franchise i worry that the game is less about "building" and more about minimalist graphics for maximum gameplay... Which translates to a cheaper movie adaptation if done right but as they seem to be going CGI to maintain the terrible graphics the "minimalist" is both lost and possibly infecting the "writing" that needs quality to make it work.
I loved the original series and certainly wouldn't be opposed to making videos... just not sure how well I know it to make videos, if that makes sense.

Did I hear you say that you have only watched the first How to Train Your Dragon? There are three core movies that tell a compelling and complete story. Yes there some other series and shorts, but they aren't necessary to the overall plot. I highly recomend you watch HTTYD 2 and 3. Beautiful films.
As if Visions hasn't done that before. DEI isn't necessarily some sort of thing as it was before, its just a variation. I don't need to watch Visions to catch up as it had zero effect on canonicity anyway.

My only worry about Andor is that my affinity for season 1 has made my expectations for season 2 far to high, which will cause me to be disappointed.

The actress who plays Bix was quoted as saying that season two is BETTER than season 1. I find that hard to believe but I guess we shall see!😄

That would be a pleasant change. For me, in all 6 Jurassic Park/World movies, each movie has been not as good as the one before it.

They’ve already announced a date for andor. In April I believe.
Andor S2 and Visions S3 are already locked in for next year. Also probably a bigger animated show to follow up Bad Batch near the end of the year.
Peacemaker season 2 is without question my most anticipated series of 2025.
