Thank you. I would say knowledge at the basic level would suffice. You should understand variables, functions, objects etc. in JavaScript.

i am not good at sql injection and programming, so do i need to strong those first then go for ewptx ?

I'd recommend you look at Web Security Academy from the creators of BurpSuite. It is free and has lots of SQLi labs to practice on.
To answer your question, yes you need to have a decent knowledge of SQLi prior to signing up for eWPTX, since it is an advanced course.

I have a query...Is the lab access needed to practice because I only have video access and lab access is not affordable
