There's already an instrumental of Mandy on my channel - I'm still trying to decide if I want to do a vocal version and how I'd go about it. I think I'd rather get a genuine performance from someone than try the AI voice-changer thing.
@binmonkey Ye there's a few AI one's and they're very hit and miss. Such a great cover, shame there wasn't ever a proper recording. Keep up the good work.
Have you ever documented what software/instruments you use to record these? I’m impressed how good you manage to make these sound despite you (I assume) just being an independent musician. These are significantly better sounding than your average RUclips cover or rerecording. I would tweak some things maybe but they’re pretty high quality. Keep it up.
I've been meaning to document it properly, but I just haven't gotten around to it - but the main points are Ableton Live, Amplitube 5 and Addictive Drums. I am an independent musician, working out of a bedroom studio. It means a lot when I receive comments like this, I do this kind of stuff for the love of the craft and the music that has inspired me to create so seeing people react positively to it is really nice. I'm always finding things I can tweak too, it's an ongoing process of learning and researching. Thanks for your comment, and for listening to what I do!
