INGREDIENTS :
For Panipuri Dough :-
Samolina - 250gm
Oil - 50gm hot
Water - Hot as per required
Oil - for fry
For Chutney :-
Tamarind - ¼cup
Water - 1cup
Jaggery/Sugar - ¼cup
Salt - ½tsp
For Dry Roasted Masala
Cumin Seeds - 1½tsp
Black Pepper - 8/10
Dry Red Chilli - 2
Cloves - 2
For Panipuri Pani :-
Fresh Coriender Leaves - 1handful
Mint Leaves - ½handful
Green Chili - 4 or as per your taste
Kachhi Kairi / Tamarind - ¼cuo
Ginger - 1inch
Jaggery - 1tbsp
Salt - 1tbsp
Black Salt - 1tbsp
Asafoetida - 2 pinch
Homemade Chaat Masala Powder - 1tbsp
Special Masala Powder - 1tbsp
Fresh Coriender Leaves - Chopped
Boondi - ¼cup
For Aaloo Masala;-
Boiled Potatoes - 4
Boiled White Peas - 1cup
Fresh Coriender Leaves - chopped
Salt to taste
Chaat Masala - 1tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder - ½tsp
Green Chili - 2 chopped
Mint Coriander Chutney - 1tbsp
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Red Chilli Powder - ¼tsp
Boiled Green Chilli - 4 chopped
