I have setup up all the assets and added them onto the relevant ads groups. But when I go to Ad section, it asks me to setup all the same here. So what's the purpose of Assets?
They are the same; Google is just asking for the same thing in two places. So when you create a new campaign, you can select the ad assets you've made; and when you do those ad assets will be applied to that campaign
