Memes aside, I think it’s really clever that they put abilities inspired by other champs on their corresponding keys, so that if you understand the champ(s) they came from, it won’t be such a logical leap to start playing Hwei

Hwei is either honna be the hardest champ to balance or he is gonan be the easiest one to balancr because of how kuch thinking Riot actually has to use when buffing and nerfing him
He’s apparently in a pretty good state on the PBE. His base stats are horrendously low to make up for his versatility. His mana pool is low with expensive spells, he has long cooldowns, he’s nearly Yuumi level squishy, and he has the slowest base move speed out of any champion, so if he wants to run, he has to use WW, since he has no fancy mobility abilities.
