Buying a 15 lakh car in India is expensive as the salaries given in India are quite low. A middle class family here can afford swift or dzire that costs around 10 lakh. Everything comes down to the currency and the per capita income in the end. Prices from the 2 countries can never be compared. So, buying a 15 lakh car in India is not easy at all. Not all middle class families can afford it.
It's because indian 1 rs =3(approx)your currency. So that's why in our country what you thinking is 20 lac in yours country will be 60 lac . And in our country fortuner is 45 lac so 45*3 = 1cr 35 lac so don't cry that in india it's cheap . Because our economy is way much stronger compare to your country.
My son purchased a Tata nexon recently. A car of many merits. strong,stout,soothing drive with sufficient internal space and nice decor,really a good car to own.
I have Toyota Fortuner and Mahindra Thor There is a different fun in running them, it feels like not to ask I drive myself, I do not even allow the driver to drive these two vehicles.
