Alright, here is my guess for the winning move, I'll update this comment once I've watched the rest. Akasha can trap the neotank: infantry on the right, tank below, 9 hp artillery above, infantry above the artillery. Put the full hp artillery in range, brings his own neo to the middle, and uses his other units to tip of the walling. I know that last part isn't very specific, but this game has been deleted from the site so I can't use the moveplanner to plan the rest out, but I think I got the most important part right. Again, my guess is: infantry on the right, tank below, 9 hp artillery above, infantry above the artillery.
Edit after finishing the video: I had the main idea right, I just took the other artillery and put the infantry one space to the right. I give myself a 4/5 rating.

29:38 he moved the neotank too far up, so my guess is Akasha pins it to threaten a kill next turn.
    1) Use the full hp arty on top to make sure that it doesn't get wall broken by high rolled luck (I *think* it matters for the 9hp one? Either way better safe than sorry, especially when you have enough damage elsewhere to kill it)
    2) put the infantry beside it on the city as bonus capture pressure
    3) put the tank on city below the neotank
    4) move 8hp infantry beside neotank (its health doesn't matter so better to use the lower hp infantry there rather than on the wall)
    5) put the 9hp artillery where the 8hp infantry was (threatens units coming for a wallbreak and also damage on the neotank)
    6) move the battle copter up two squares to cover the bottom side of the flank **OR** move it up above the city to threaten a wrap-around (its kind of tricky to tell which move is better without being able to use the move planner to plot out both routes. Honestly this is the hardest unit to figure out how to place)
    7) move his other tank up onto the plains below the city (not super necessary to protect the artillery but it puts more pressure on the top half of the map where its needed)
    8) put infantry below city onto the forest
    9) place infantry beneath copter on city between pipe seam and forest
    10) move the heavy hitters (med/neo) up the middle to threaten the neotank's death and just generally have cool flexible positioning
    11) finally sit the anti-air the pipe seam and put the third tank beneath the forest right above it
At this point the rest of the moves are just about consolidating on that vertical line behind the pipe seam to easily readjust north or south and to make sure that any engagements jem takes are from worse terrain and putting artillery in position to shell anyone coming at the wall. Honestly looking at this replay I feel like right after jem moved that neotank they started kicking themselves because that seems like a major blunder to leave your most valuable piece completely exposed like that.
Okay now that I've spent like 20 minutes staring at this paused video and writing this up time to see how hilariously wrong I was 👍
e: oh shit I was right! Lets goooooooobut I don't get why he puts the bcopter behind the city instead of two below. I realized after posting that putting it above would be bad since the neo tank could pop the arty and open up room for the aa to snipe it but I think it would've been safe and still been able to threaten in the same way if it were between the forest and the mountain.

I would shift the rest of my units upwards so that a full HP arty and Md tank are in position to destroy the neo next turn (possibly with some help from B-copter or just inf luck-rolls). The rest of my units would just go north and defend my wall. Ideally my neo and anti-air are in position to counter-attack the enemy Md tank and B-copter.
Edit: my top inf and arty were slightly wrong, same "mistake" as swagmaster. I probably also took B-copter damage which I didn't need to.

Well that's a good way to win a game!
How to trap a 22k unit using 14k. It's... scary effective.

Okay, I'm noob in AW but gotta try it. If Akasha moves whole army under lower lake, he will cut off amberine from base because of a chokepoint. And amberine's stronger side reinforcements will not make it in time.

Incugarch vs Voice of Akasha when?

Akasha be like "Get off mah property!" lmao
Regarding the game-ending move, all I can think of is that Akasha might try to go for an HQ cap with all his infantry down there and pretty close to jamberines HQ. But that's probably not what's going to happen, I'm not very good at the game.
Edit: Damn, yeah, definitely would not have seen that. lmao, great move.

Replays on Advance Wars by web don't record pipe seam hits. It's left out of the archive zip. It can't be fixed I believe. Unless replay archives are changed to include pipe seam hits.

I'm at the 14:30 minute mark and I think Amber already fell into a pitfall. The bottom of the map on their weak side their mistake was giving up too much ground. They should have marched their infantry right outside the range of Akashas infantry and artillery. Your opponent shouldn't be able to cross over a river and chokepoint without it being contested. Their second mistake was falling back past the forest and mountain without contesting it. That allows Akasha to just place his infantry safe on that mountain and forest and gives them free reign to prepare his offensive on Amber's base.

This game is the perfect showcase of the mistake of overextending a valuable unit.

ok i was actually considering the surrounding of the neo in the end there but i where thinking infantry and they are way to easy to plow down and get out so i disgarded the idea. MAN i was close tho never in a million years would i have thought that he would block it in with an artilery :D

I knew it was the neo tank getting trapped LOL I've seen these kinda plays before where the player gets cocky and sends a lone strong unit against a bunch weak units but the weak units have their numbers as their strength. That is the biggest mistake of the match if I've ever seen one.

Until advance wars for switch comes out. I recommend to look for "TINY METAL" on switch. Im playing it right now and it feels like advance wars. Its a great game and not so easy to get gold missons. Id got a few diffrent features.
