Thai person here! Explanation on "P' " and "Nong" for you! If you're younger than the other person, you use the prefix "P' " + "their name". If you're older, you use "Nong" + "their name". It's usually considered rude to call someone older than you by their name alone, unless you have permission. The word "Nong" is also used as a term for adoration. Alecks's case, he is older than CGRS if he wants to call CGRS "P' Kla", he can stack "Nong" into the phrase so it's "Nong P' Kla". You can think of the word "P' Kla" becoming one new name/noun, and "Nong" is the main prefix. And if a young fan wants to call Jing "Nong Jing" because they adore him, they can add in "P' " and make "P' Nong Jing", so that way it's not disrespectful!
