"Tranquility". Him on the hospital bed represents that he just wants peace and quiet as that's what a person usually wants before they pass away, just to reminisce the good times. The purple place could be interpreted as his happy place, a "Utopia" (also mentioned in the cover for check in) where he's happy and at peace with everything but it's all in his head as he's reflecting on his bed. However if you notice that soft,white glow at 2:06 it symbolizes that he's an angel in the afterlife, maybe a premonition into the future. In contrast to 2:35, where the scene is dark and surrounded with people that seem to have problems, he's drawn back into reality to face his demons and move past them.He's in a constant battle between reality and fantasy. In summary, M huncho is amazing, his music paints pictures. I could interpret the message in so many ways.
Edit: Just to add on, think about the title of the album and all the songs titles. Each could represent a different stage of his life. He begins with “Check In” implying a self-report of his life so far and ends with “Check out” to represent him leaving/death. These two tracks use similar beats to suggest “the same way you come in is the same way you leave”. Notice how his first and last track didn’t feature anyone, to imply that you’re born alone and will die alone.
