I love Heartland. I am 59 and Heartland has a piece of my heart. I love horses, nature, ranch life. I had chickens, cows, goats, a horse and a zonkey! I can relate and the cast is so much like a real family, makes you feel every emotion they feel. I heard season 15 will be the last, I truly hope it isn't. Heartland is one of the last shows that any age can enjoy. Teaches a person about life and death. It is real! Love all the characters. I think you all are amazing!

I live Heartland in my heart, I never had a real family, and a ranch life was always my dream since I was 8 years old, and the character of 'JACK' is all I ever wanted in a man, I have watched the entire series three times now and can't get enough. Soft spoken 'Amie' could and does teach us how to be professional with humility and honesty. I can't say enough good about this show, I'm a Christian ( the real kind) Heartland would be my Heaven. Lou presents all the problems with marriage, and career, she helps us to see what is important, she doesn't always make the right choices but what she does is to let those who are blind to their mistakes while combining the two and it helps those in the same relationships to get a grip and look at it from a new perspective. The family has it all, 'Tim' I could write a book on him alone, I've yelled at him from my recliner and praise hem as well. All I can say is "I'm in love with this family" It makes me so wish I had had one when growing up so I cry a lot. One last thought...Lou you should marry "Scott' he is the best, and I'm glad Malory married Jake, I just adore Malory she say's it like it is. Sorry I have to sayAmie is teaching people how to be kind to animals and Ty is just the icing on the cake. Every character has been well thought through and I bet we all can see ourselves in one of them, or wish we were more like them.You actors and actresses all of you are great. I can't get enough of HeartLand...God Bless you all. Of course the writers, producers and all that make it so special.
I know how you feel not having a real family. All my dad and step mom cared about was the kids they had together. If you can find real friends then they will care about you as much as family does. I hope you have.

I can honestly say this is my most favorite TV movie series, EVER! I have been riding horseback most of my life, having lived on a ranch in North Dakota. The cameras catch some excellent views of the horses and other animals. The scenery if beautiful and the actors do a fantastic job. I have enjoyed these series so much that I have ordered series 1-12 and will continue watching and ordering the additional series and DVD's. Thank you and keep up the great work with this series!!
