This video shows you the whole process for TPU label/badge,it include TPU film high frequency cutting and stick the label on fabric
Firstly,put all the material which are necessary for TPU badge making
1: Put the release paper on machine working table,use tape fix it
2: Put the hot melt glue,hot melt glue is for stick the tpu label on fabric
3: Put the TPU on the hot melt glue
4: Put the PP protect film(with glue) on TPU
5: Put another layer PP protect film on PP film
Secondly，use the high frequency machine emboss and cut the TPU film,you can adjust the ampere,welding time,cutting pressure and temperature for getting good effect
Thirdly,use the high frequency machine stick the TPU label/badge/logp on fabric
