Your post is all fine and good except for one thing; NFI forgets about their office personnel. I was part of CC 130 for more than 3 years and was unlawfully terminated after being denied time off due to an out of work injury. Their reason given was incompetence. How was I incompetent when I had been performing my job duties fluently and how can you justify 20-30 hrs overtime for more than 2 years of my employment if I was so incompetent? I know that I have the evidence to file a lawsuit but have given NFI more than one opportunity to, just hire me back. Every time I apply, all I get in response is crickets chirping.
