Beautiful quilt and quilting; I appreciate you explaining your thought process and showing how you marked the quilt. Very good information not only for new longarmers, but also for experienced longarmers.

Thank you! I'm relatively new to longarm quilting and I'm not sure why but I got the impression marking my quilts was "cheating"! Ha! I've been seeing lately though that the best quilters do it! I do not pretend to be able to remember it All! The best thing Ifindd about marking my quilts is that it slows me down. I don't feel so much pressure and I can take my time. You did a great job on this quilt!

thanks! I think a lot of people feel the way you do about marking - there's no reason to though. The end result will be much better if it's something you feel should be marked.

Absolutely stunning! SO much detail! The back looks incredible as well. May I ask how you do the Spirograph type quilting designs? You are amazing ❤

Thank you! For the spirograph block, I used a circle ruler and then moved it by increments around the block to get the pattern. I don't know if that makes sense though!

Beautiful! You are very talented. How did you get the blue markings out?

Thank you! I used a water soluble marker, so I just sprayed with water when I finished a section. I don't wait until the whole quilt is finished because I worry about the colour setting.

Did anyone ever find out what this pattern is called and where to purchase it at?
