Looks great. I make pork chops with pretty much the same ingredients except I slice the apples & add a small sliced onion. I serve the apples/onion on the chops & the potatoes. Delicious! I'm going to try this method to save the sIicing time/effort.

This recipe is right up my alley! I never know what time my husband will be home from work, and I hate eating alone, and reheating his supper. I like things like this that don't take very long to cook, so we can share a meal. Pork and apples are always a favorite.
I did a pork roast in the Crock-Pot, yesterday. I have some apples that are about to go bad. I'm going to chunk them up, and throw them back in the Crock-Pot. This will be a perfect leftover dish for dinner tonight. Thank you!

I kinda do a version of this, but I slice the apples, and basically make baked apples sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over apples, then lay browned pork chops on top and finish in my much dirtier oven than Kaleb's.

Thank you! This was delicious. I used unsweetened apple sauce and one sliced apple and it was still delicious. Topped with a few pickled onion.
