    I’m a Newcastle fan and totally admire the honesty of the lads. When you are working class and see players getting paid for doing nothing it’s utterly disgraceful and don’t understand the passion of the fans and what it means to community. The players don’t get this at all.Good luck for the future lads.

      It's took almost 20 yrs for the Glazers to drag us into this position, even Fergie struggled. I remember going down and started attending games that season...it was like a home game every game...and at home, it was like being at Wembley...loads of working class...Yorkshire and Scotland included. I've said for last 4 yrs our traectory was downward, and but for moments fc we would have been 18th or so...now the moments have ceased...and we are near the relegation zone. I think in Feb or March we play the bottom teams...will that month decide our fate. It will if we cannot start picking up some pts, especially at home. I agree with video narrator...we need to ship out around 8 players...raise money for most important players we need...top players...then make up with the Academy. I fhtie rminutes are shared lads like Gore can play 30 minutes here and there...and do us proud. This lot won't. Feel sorry for Zirkzee...but should not have been signed...we needed a top CF a few yrs back. Murtough and co and Woodward and co are responsible for this...and Ten Hag...this squad just needs tweaking...deferring reset...shoving Ralf thro door...and the recruitment...and letting go of players, De Gea especially...dismal. Then basically taking it out of poorest staff and fans...stinks...BIG TIME

      the players aren't good enough. amorim seems to be the right coach. this is on the owners. The glazers, but also ineos for backing ten hag bringing in his players. Now these players are getting slaughtered, because of the ownerships' shitshow. but these players need to pull their fingers out too. Garnacho for example. everyone raves about him. I'd love to see garnacho do the basic thing expected from a man utd winger, even a competent winger - run past a defender. Not run into them for the 100th time, lose the ball, and look like a fkin donkey. And the same can be said for rashford. and hes 27. what a joke. I may as well start laughing at my own team

    I am watching this from Spain being Dutch and see people reacting for years now criticizing players and or the manager. "It's Van Gaal, It's Mourinho, It's Moyes, or any player, it's Casemiro, it's Zirkzee, it's Bruno, It's Rashford, etc, etc, etc..." Now go for instance to Madrid and ask fans what they think of Casemiro. The reaction would be 100% positive. Great player, one of the best, etc... How is that possible? Well I know, it's not the manager, it's not an individual player, there is something completely wrong at the club and it's fans. They want to buy success, and then claim the cup with mercenaries and think they did it themselves. It's the soullessness, the attitude without love that is at the club and it's fans that is the problem. Big money destroyed professional football in general, but it's nowhere so obvious as at MU.

    Amorim's pick for the 1st half was puzzling and we looked like deers in headlights... Eriksen and Casemiro in midfield with Zirkzee ahead of them was never going to quell the marauding North Easterners and we were lucky not to be 4 or 5 goals in arrears.
    The first 30 minutes was a new low in a season of new lows (I was sure we were playing with 10 men such was the battering we took.)
    Amorim made changes and Mainoo's inclusion steadied the rocking ship and on another luckier day we could have found ourselves at 2-2 with a couple of decent chances for Hojlund and Casemiro.
    Second half we competed but our issue for 2 seasons has been scoring goals.
    Amorim must pick his best and strongest team to start and not leave us chasing lost causes.
    Today could have been a 6 goal drubbing by the Geordies.
    Lets use the 2nd half performance to kick start our season and what better way than to shock Liverpool away?

If Amorim is so good then why can’t he come in like Erik did and hit the ground running in the same way. Not to mention the fact he doesn’t seem to rate Mainoo or Garnacho who were exceptional at times under Erik. All we had to do was hold out for the goals to start going in under Erik and instead we’ve bottled it and now we’re playing a back 5 with a manager thats learning about his squad half way through a season. The only reason I can think they didn’t give Erik till the end of the season is because they thought he was going to be successful again come the end of the season and they secretly didn’t want him. You're looking for excuses not to bash Amorim! That's ridiculous, he sent this team onto the field, a weak midfield, De Ligt not central, Amad doesn't know where to go. Two old men in midfield, that's not possible! Once again the system is flawed, fine in Portugal, but the system doesn't work here, you just have to be honest. If you're all happy with it, fine, but then you shouldn't complain about losing almost every match. Amorim has made the players insecure with his system, and you can certainly blame him for that.

    2-0 was a miracle the first half , we should of been put to the sword . Second half with Kobbie in was better but we could be out there for 3 hours and wouldn’t score . Scoring is as big a problem as conceding headers . Two more difficult games ahead . Ruben I still back fully he will get this right in the long run . I'm a liverpool fan. i agree ManU should blood the youngsters and get loan players. As they will be more hungry for the ball and opportunity. ManU first half was quite pitiful. I've no sympathy for these PROFESSIONALS. Ultimate embarrasement and disgrace is for ManU to be relegated. Your coach knows what he was getting into. Spend the rest of the season staying above relegation but playing around with the lineups. Write it off!!!

    The sense of entitlement that the fans, the pundits, the club, the team all have is laughable. This is MAN UNITED, this can’t happen to us. WAKE UP. The Club NOW is a disaster which has been coming for a long long time. The ground is a shambles and falling down. Ratcliffe is a PR nightmare who doesn’t care about the fans. The complacency shown by the club for the last 20 years is biting you on the backside all because you are the biggest club in the world (sic) and it can’t happen to us. It isn’t happening, it’s happened. You are now looking over your shoulder at relegation. Bad decisions, bad recruitment. The Glasers creaming the profits, Fergie leeching £2m a year. Gill £1m a year. Rashford £350k a week. Antony, Zirkzee, Eriksen, Jonny Evans, Casemiro etc. The Club is holding good players like Mainoo and Diallo back from having top careers.
    I don’t support United but until you lot start getting realistic about who you are, where you are and then develop some humility long may this continue. You are 10 years behind Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea and City so start getting used to it.

      I lived in Manchester for 25 years in the 90s and into the 00s and that sense of entitlement you talk about is nailed on. Honestly, listening to United fans talk was just super annoying and boring - have to say I love that City are the best team in Manchester. I mean I don’t want to see United go down but to see them in this situation finally after 10 years of a rotating door of managers is actually fun to see.

    @baljitbains6910 19 дней назад +2

    Who decided to play Casemiro, Eriksen & zirkee in the same starting line up? When you have two players who cannot get about the pitch in midfield it was criminal to play Zirkee. The manager hasn’t to take the blame for that! This new manager is untested in the premier & his attacking 343 has never been successful in the premier league. Conte played a defensive version of this but teams figured this out after they won the title.
    There is nothing to suggest that the 343 formation will work. Amorim is also a major doubt. United fans cannot get hung up on him because there is nothing to say he will do well in the premier league. I genuinely believe Iraola from Bournemouth would have been the better appointment. He plays 4231 plus has had a full season and half in the premier league.
    Time will tell
