Dear brothers and sisters in Islam, very kindly of course, we must realize that religion is a serious matter and talking about it seriously as a layman is akin to believing yourself to be a proper doctor just because you know some biology or took a few classes even in med school. Religion is a matter of serious scholarship, and as a Pakistani myself I am indeed painfully aware of just how many so called ' scholars ' within the country are actually inauthentic. So let's kindly be careful to not talk about religion without proper scholarship.

This is nothing new what Sahil adeem is trying to teach. He is emphasizing on the importance of thought which has been going on since the dawn of men but more recently after renaissance, Descartes' quote I think therefore I am is the most basic example for this argument. What he has not understood or don't talk about is what ancient people specially Hindus have extensively writen about which is the limitation of thought. Thought creates a boundry around its object and is incapable of removing this centre. Any action taken from this centre will always be limited and will produce conflict. This is the conundrum of thought that it can not be used to grasp the ultimate and any idea it proposes to understand the ultimate will be limited and therefore will produce conflict. This is what I think philosophers and prophets have pointed out when they mentioned this world as a prison because although there are good things in this world, they are devoid of any meaning.
