fridania noname agreed, I don’t really count ad libs as “lines”. Like if a member got only ad lib parts, even if they had the most parts in a song, I think people would be upset, you know? Honestly the fairest I've ever seen is Kick It by Blackpink but it's a very small group so it isn't that surprising, but agreed that for a bigger group this is great!

I would have liked Jun to have gotten more than just part of the chorus... he got more lines in an ode which I was grateful for but it sucks to see him at the bottom of the distribution like he is for most of svt's discography ;-; idk I think svt does a pretty good job at distributing lines but as a Jun stan it sucks to see cb after cb. However, that aside, this is honestly pretty amazing line distribution, like I don’t know what else people could realistically ask for (other than respect for Jun), like it’s not going to be exactly 13 equal parts, and if you don’t count the ad libs, this is probably as equal as you can get.

To be honest, I absolutely love that Seventeen came back with Left & Right. When I became a Kpop Fan early 2018, Seventeen was after BTS one of the other few groups that I listened to. I always loved their more fun songs. In 2019, they somehow lost me, because I didn't like their releases that much (but I'm still happy for them, how much attention they got in 2019 like they deserve). Left & Right is such a bop and stuck in my head since it's release.
Why don't yall like mature dark sexy concepts that much? I don't get it? Maybe personal preferences? But if a song slaps it slaps! No matter what theme or genre or what vibe it has.

I was surprised by this too. This it the first line distribution video I watched, and I thought it was weird that they counted the ad libs. Maybe it just me, but I feel like they, aren’t really “lines” you know? I didn’t even really notice half of the ad libs in this song until this video. At the end of the day though it doesn’t really matter, but I’d just like to see how many actual “lines” each member got. I think the actual line distribution is even more evenly spaced out than this, and this is already pretty amazing distribution for a 13 member group!
Finally Wonwoo in Top 3 and has many lines like this! I remember the only songs we have Wonwoo get many lines are Clap Remix ver. and Back it up. I don't even expect this to happen! And we need to praise HEXA6ON, because this is so far, the only channel to have the line distribution of this song 100% correct.
This line distribution is better. I'm now afraid for you to check out their previous title tracks line distributions (especially the early ones) bcus the line distribution back then is horrendous! This comeback really is a step towards improvement in line distributions.
That's down side of being a Jun stan. We have to live with that. But Jun is always trying to make it up to us with some song covers. He also has more lines in unit songs. Being a Jun stan is not easy, if you encounter some stories about mistreatments of Jun then better be ready and do not get angry and cry. Good people like Jun are way to good for this world. As a foreigner he doesn't get the promotions he deserves. He is topping all his members for 2 years straight in the idol brand ranking, like really every month. Versace wanted to scout him as their international model, but Pledis ignored it, but they sent other members on runways. And there are ton of these stories. Jun is extremely selfless and kind. He also gives up his own positions and give it to the others. That's why Jun stan are extremely protective of him. The company never really protected him, it was always the fans who did it, but that's another cruel story too. Jun is worth all these struggle. He has the most beautiful soul you'll ever see in your life.

I get how Jun stans feel as In most other groups I Stan a lot members with very little lines but remember in their last Japanese comeback Jun slayed that comeback it was his vocal color for me I think Jun has a soft but a bit of rough around the edges type of voice and it was amazing to hear his soft rough voice but for me it seems like his voice would not suit this song so much with his vocal color and making sure that anything he does doesn’t strain his voice or were he is dancing that he isn’t so tired and exhausted. Many members don’t get much lines as they are 13 members but remember that they are slowly getting that plus we don’t know what was in the making for this song only they know (the people invoked in the making and distributing lines)
Honestly with the amount of members they have these is a pretty solid line distribution I’m really impressed. Like it’s not perfectly balanced but it’s pretty darn good
I honestly thought it was just me who was upset about Jun’s lines. Jun is my favorite member so when I made a comment about it, my boyfriend told me that I was just upset about it because he was my favorite member so that’s why I felt it was unfair. Not making a big deal out of it since they do have 13 members but I hope they’ll give him more lines. He has a sweet and silky voice.

But how!!??l have been a carat for a long time & everytime l see line distribution, my heart aches..Jun always gets a single line of 3/4 second..it’s either 'wow wow wow' or 'left & right' these type..not even a proper line..l know he's of performance unit but hoshi, dino gets pretty much decent lines & jun,the8 are ignored. It would have been fairer to be 80-20.but the difference is actually huge.not just this one but all the others songs have been same..it hurts..it really hurts.

I’ll have to disagree with you about Dino, because Dino has always been paid dust in lines (and even screentime, have you seen Fallin’ Flower?). Always the second verse, almost always less than 9 seconds. It’s very sad and honestly as a Dinonara I know the feeling of “I stopped hoping” as well. Someone is always bound to be last, and it’s always pretty disappointing how it’s the same people everytime. 😢

From what I see this is better than some of line distribution... some has 6 or 9 members only but the least lines is like a dot.

That's down side of being a Jun stan. We have to live with that. But Jun is always trying to make it up to us with some song covers. He also has more lines in unit songs.
Being a Jun stan is not easy, if you encounter some stories about mistreatments of Jun then better be ready and do not get angry and cry. Good people like Jun are way to good for this world. As a foreigner he doesn't get the promotions he deserves. He is topping all his members for 2 years straight in the idol brand ranking, like really every month. Versace wanted to scout him as their international model, but Pledis ignored it, but they sent other members on runways. And there are ton of these stories. Jun is extremely selfless and kind. He also gives up his own positions and give it to the others.
That's why Jun stan are extremely protective of him.
The company never really protected him, it was always the fans who did it, but that's another cruel story too.
Jun is worth all these struggle. He has the most beautiful soul you'll ever see in your life.

Jun truly is an amazing person and i wouldn’t give up biasing him for lines. plus i’ll be too busy streaming all his covers to care that he doesn’t get the right amount of lines usually lol

This is actually really good for a 13 member group, and the only serious complaint is the fact that Jun is consistently the member with the lowest lines. Which, don’t get me wrong, that is ABSOLUTELY and issue that needs to be fixed. However, if we’re considering line distribution alone, this is really quite good.

Especially if you don’t count the ad libs from the vocal team members. Those aside, everyone is pretty equally represented. Seriously people, let’s be realistic, what else do you want from these guys. It’s not gonna be 100% exactly even.

I get how Jun stans feel as In most other groups I Stan a lot members with very little lines but remember in their last Japanese comeback Jun slayed that comeback it was his vocal color for me I think Jun has a soft but a bit of rough around the edges type of voice and it was amazing to hear his soft rough voice but for me it seems like his voice would not suit this song so much with his vocal color and making sure that anything he does doesn’t strain his voice or were he is dancing that he isn’t so tired and exhausted. Many members don’t get much lines as they are 13 members but remember that they are slowly getting that plus we don’t know what was in the making for this song only they know (the people invoked in the making and distributing lines)

Honestly with the amount of members they have these is a pretty solid line distribution I’m really impressed. Like it’s not perfectly balanced but it’s pretty darn good

I honestly thought it was just me who was upset about Jun’s lines. Jun is my favorite member so when I made a comment about it, my boyfriend told me that I was just upset about it because he was my favorite member so that’s why I felt it was unfair. Not making a big deal out of it since they do have 13 members but I hope they’ll give him more lines. He has a sweet and silky voice.

Many are saying that this is the fairest line distribution.. But how!!??l have been a carat for a long time & everytime l see line distribution, my heart aches..Jun always gets a single line of 3/4 second..it’s either 'wow wow wow' or 'left & right' these type..not even a proper line..l know he's of performance unit but hoshi, dino gets pretty much decent lines & jun,the8 are ignored. It would have been fairer to be 80-20.but the difference is actually huge.not just this one but all the others songs have been same..it hurts..it really hurts.
Even still, taking into account that seventeen has thirteen members and he got more than he usually does I'd say this is fair, even if his lines weren't really "proper" lines

It’s very sad and honestly as a Dinonara I know the feeling of “I stopped hoping” as well. Someone is always bound to be last, and it’s always pretty disappointing how it’s the same people everytime. 😢

for a group of 13 members, this line distribution is pretty good. i mean home;run's line dstribution is still better but wow, they're really fair. okay, of course some members could've had some more lines, but i can imagine that it's really hard do distribute the lines so props to them. we will never forget how dirty bighit jin did in not today :')
