- Sky News host James Macpherson discusses former US president Donald Trump’s most recent interview following his assassination attempt.
“Donald Trump has given his first interview after surviving the assassination attempt … he talked about how he is lucky to be alive,” Mr Macpherson said.
“He spoke to a New York Post reporter … he told the Post, the doctors at the hospital said they had never seen anything like this, they called it a miracle.”
The photo that won a presidency for a candidate, and a Pulitzer for the photographer.
There are about 4 or 5 photos taken in a span of about 30 seconds that are some of the most iconic photos in American history.
They want to remove Trump, instead they've immortalized him.

Donald Trump is the Teddy Roosevelt of our day. No one is stronger.
A friend of mine did two tours in Vietnam in the Navy Seals. He and his partner were guarding a gate next to a U.S. govt. bldg in the last yr of the war. There were hundreds of people trying to get appts. with U.S. officials. All of a sudden a grenade went off and he had shrapnel in various locations, his friend was killed. At that moment someone shot at him from the crowd. He saw two men with rifles and killed both...this all happened in a few seconds. Right after he fired his weapon he was grabbed by 3 or 4 Marines and quickly carried/hustled over to some trucks parked at the wall on the compound. He said he kept saying "what are you doing??!! what are you doing??!!" And Navy corpmen, used to shock said: "just lay down we've got you!" At this point he looked down and lots of blood was seeping through cuts and tears in his pants. He'd been shot twice in the legs and had something like 4 or 5 shrapnel wounds which were bleeding everywhere. At this point Ray said he almost fainted and searing pain suddenly raced through his body. He realized later the power of shock on the human body and was amazed he'd remained upright with 7 or 8 wounds in his legs.
Shock is pretty incredible and you can't discount that effect on Pres.Trump, especially in an older person. Emotional shock can be almost as bad sometimes as many people have found out.

Yeah as an American I constantly find myself watching Sky news. Probably the only media I watch outside of individual sources
Being born and raised in the birth place of our country that fighting spirit is breed into us. It's not something we choose or decide, it's second nature. Trump has that spirit naturally and all the rest of us Americans weather you agree with him or not you have to admit America needs that fighting spirit to show the world once again why this is the greatest country on earth!
I love this channel, but Trump didn’t “fall” down, he *ducked* down. I know what the lady anchor meant, but I think it’s important to make the distinction because you just know those lefties will take it and run with it.

It's crazy but my own husband was saved from a shooter by only 2 minutes of being late due to helping me at home. His coworker wasn't as lucky as the shooter took her hostage and put her in the freezer and she was pregnant. My husband arrived as the guy was still running away he saw but if he had been there earlier the guy would've killed him. The girl was fine just shaken up badly. Guy was caught not far off hiding in a dumpster. Only reason he didn't shoot the girl was she knew who he was and begged him not to cuz of the baby. The guy hated my husband for voting to fire him cuz he was stealing and planned on getting revenge on him and the other managers and then rob the place. But that was a shit day due to weather and people were always calling out "sick" there and nothing went according to his sick plan. I begged him to quit but he wouldn't cuz he saw no more problem. Thankfully all was fine from there but it was crazy!

Hey Folks. Combat Disabled Veteran here. I’ve said this before but I’ll say it again. Some may disagree but I believe Donald Trump has a warrior’s spirit! Many people can pretend to be brave UNTIL your life is on the line. This is why I support several groups of people; the first being Firefighters. When people are running out of a building to escape the fire, firefighters are running towards the fire to help put it out; that’s real courage. I also am very proud of the United States Marines Corps. These warriors are some of the best trained service members on earth!! God Bless America 🇺🇸🙏
