this is nsw’s problem. instead of putting an actual centre, that plays that position every game in club level, and is actually in form, like campbell graham. we all want the unfit, out of form, injured full back latrell. qld had 12 fucken men, ben hunt playing centre, front rowers playing out on the wing, and they still manage to marinate us. this is just embarrassing, latrell and turbo should of never been picked, tedesco needs to be dropped. and we wasted 90% of our bench on utility players, and back rowers.

Respect Teddy, but he's lost a yard and the way he plays is his way or high way. Works when he is at his best, but looks to be done. Ruins all the momentum if he is starving the edges of good ball all the time. Been the same story all year with the Roosters. He is a great player but gets in the way at times with his hunger. What's good for teddy isn't good for the team currently. Needs to learn to be more of a role player in the current system full of creative players. Don't need him running around after the ball all the time with players like Turbo sitting around waiting, give them the ball and let em go to work. Teddy dominance is predictable and QLD can defend like fuck, they pick up things quite like that shtty block play and grind it out. We had em cooked heaps and needed some creativity to trip em up but couldn't just kept trying the same old shit. Nicho can't start on the bench imo, hard to keep him out. But if we care about winning Burton a lot more versatile and a useful bench players. NSW do what they think is right not what is right if you know what I mean.Sorry for ramble.

Its dangerous thinking QLD have it wrapped up, NSW literally gave away game 1, the crazy try savers happen 1 out of 10times. Could have been 20-6 for nsw before half time.
NSW dont need to change much, maybe move turbo off and get a proper centre.
Qld also need to improve so much, so much ball and not alot of points

Everyone's slamming the nsw players that didnt chase that kick & man up on qld players racing through. Dont you understand how fatigue and exertion work? Fatigued players dont have the fucking hindsight to think to themselves, "a front rower could possibly outjump Todesco and actually catch this ball." Hindsight doesnt work when you're fatigued. This is the difference between spectating & playing. Both sides were extremely fatigued and were digging deep. Qld did even more stupid shit than NSW.
In order for vital teachings & lessons- about how players are supposed to react in certain situations- to be imparted into their psyches, players need to be pushed into fatigued states during training sessions. Then the lessons and information is to be given to the players while they're in a state of exhaustion, in order for it to be programmed in to that state. The mind and body needs energy to operate & function. The human brain gets compartmentalized between different energetic states, and only has access to mental faculties such as ingrained lessons, learnt habbits & life experiences, from the high/low energetic states experienced in the past. Those nsw players have never learnt that lesson until now because they've never seen a front rower outjump an Australian classed fullback. Hell, most spectators have never seen it Those players have never been involved in matches where they've lost games and series in the final five & ten minutes, when they're at their most exhausted states. Qld young & old have been bred to train to fatigue & exhaustion, and know how to operate and function from within those states when they're gassed out, a little better than NSW. This is why a lot of qlders say dumb shit like "qld wanted it more than NSW." Which is complete and utter horse shit.
No need to slam the players for not following through and marking up defensively That ball was kicked straight towards Todesco. It wasn't high, had no spin. Another crap Cherry Evans attacking kick from inside the NSW danger area as usual. No excuses for losing that ball to a forward. It was Todesco's ball, plain and simple. Blame him on this account.
