Reciepe is gud.but this fish mostly using in hotels insted of ANJAL( dipped in colour mixed masala and fraud making to people in hotels) also called Tuna fish. In tulu language " KUTTI ANJAL" this fish is maximum export to small eyes people countries. ....😢

Yes this fish used in starters, fish canning co. And maximum in dog,cat biskets ,local places and peoples no demanding,not liking also,if you cut this fish too much blood.....
