HS, this happened to me this year too. My dreams shattered with this person. But you know, I started focusing on me, what I love to do, and taking care of myself (physically, emotionally, spiritually) and I'm out of that horrible betrayal feeling. I know it's not easy to pull yourself out, but you can do it! One day at a time, one minute at a time if that's what you can do. Try to focus on the people, places, things in your immediate environment that bring you some happiness (I used nature and my cats for object meditation, it shuts down the crazy thinking mind when it wants to drag you through all the crappy details over and over). I'm praying for you. You can do this!
I have given up on Men and have a beautiful little dog in my life now. Unconditional love as the men I did meet were all Narcissistic! What kind of world are we living in?
