Hey is Flame Wizard that good and easier to play/prog to 260+ thinkin of swapping off 220 Lumi and make fresh Flame wizard to 260+ ?

Depends if you like the playstyle or not...
If you like the playstyle then it's good now (imo), though fw tends to get nerfed in new patches so that may change
