Watched many of these videos while they are very good , it would be helpful if you could do a side by side comparison to show where the most change has occured ?
Two of the properties,, looking not so very plus at the end of the video seem to have taken no measures in keeping the sand erosion at bay . They seem too laid back to do anything about it and soon enough the sea will gobble up the front portion with choppy seas that wont stop at anything in to battering down everything that will come standing in its path
Remember the film's 2012, San Andreas ,the day after tomorrow, I won't want to live near the oceans 🌊🌊🌊🌊 no matter the great views, very dangerous especially when a big storm hits the area 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌪️🌪️🌪️🌪️🌪️🌪️🌪️🌩️⛈️🌧️, Colm 🍀🇨🇮🇨🇮,
And we could have another 15" increase this summer. The lakes going to reshape its shoreline a lot of these homes built on sand dunes won't be habitable.
John Kalinowski ...I wonder where exactly this Beverly Shores is... Some flat roofs (low snowfall most likely) and older types of architecture visible at many of these residences... ??? Thx
The ocean 🌊🌊🌊 waits for no one, Colm 🍀🇨🇮🇨🇮
That pink house is hideous!!
It's hideous from New Zealand too! I'd love to visit this place. Most likely fit the North Island of New Zealand, if not the both.😅
I agree with Tom. cool video it was really entertaining
Those 2 houses at the end seem pretty relaxed considering what's in store for them!
Thank you for sharing... AMAZING

Yes, do a side by side comparison from 50, 30, 15 years ago.
Nice ,😊 thank you 🌻🌻🙏👍
It would be helpful to know where these places are. Beverly Shores? I thought maybe this was Massachusetts.
On the shores of Lake Michigan, at Beverly Shores, Indiana
Any updates?
It would be most helpful if you denote the date of the flight.

Some context for the flat-roofed houses you see. They are distinctive for a reason: www.nps.gov/indu/learn/historyculture/centuryofprogress.htm
Don't blame this on "climate change". Blame this on stupidity for building at sea level so close to the ocean and on sand.
Stupidity and greed.
