Everything depends on student…if he has interest even with one patient he can learn a lot…..if you really follow pg residents & ward rounds in internship apart from mandatory sampling..you learn a lot…obviously everyone will get pg seat ..working properly in internship makes huge difference.. Ultimately it’s the intent of the student that matters…nothing else..

@@kittudev i have less knowledge about pvt clgs..if yu are so confused, i wud advise yu just visit clgs one day and talk to one of the snrs there, it is much easy and you will get better idea overall! And also if at all yu want to prepare for usmle, you need to additionally enquire about research opportunities from 1st year itself in mbbs clg , as it holds more value in your CV for usmle.

But i also would point out, that, it becomes important for a young doctor to carry a niche and make name for themsleves by tagging that they are from a top institute? I understand that yhe student might not get time to review cases, and i agree with it as well, but they get a tag of that top govt institute for life. In further career, taking a drop for neet pg wouldnot matter much. But in this competitive market, gaining skill plus having a strong academic home institution is equally valid? This is pov alone. Pls correct me if wrong and guide me further.

Hi Dr. Emoji your intention of this video might be correct but this is not the right time to release such videos as aspiring students who wants to pursue MBBS would get demoralized. You should have made this video viral well before the start of AIQ counseling why now? secondly there are 57 college's in Telangana (excluded 2 mallareddy, 1 neelima as they are deemed). Now in this 57 there are 25 Govt college's established from years 22-24 ( 8 college's in 2022, 9 in 2023 & 8 in 2024) as per your video you have mentioned to approach seniors....where do these 2024 new admission students who joined in 2022 Or 2023 established college's approach interns? where not even one batch is yet not passed out? The other way round there are very old reputed pvt college's which are established 2 decades before but doesn't even have much patient inflow today, where interns of such college's are literally struggling waiting for patients... This is not the time to think what is good and what not ....because this year is a bad year for students who have given NEET due to paper leaks resulted to huge cutoff Local non local cases, court issues etc., they are already frustrated now.....the moment they get a seat irrespective of any college they are ready to grab it. This is current scenario. Last year 452 marks last OC student has got a seat and today there is no clear visibility seen for those who scored less than 500 marks whether they get a seat Or not due to above mentioned reasons. So my dear friend kindly delete this video in the web and please do not promote such videos for time being. Let the students face what they have to rather than you giving such (may be valuable but not now) inputs might pull them back for not applying in further rounds. Am sorry if my message hurts you but am very transparent.
@phanimadhav4182 I will answer one by one. 1)im not demoralising , this video serves as a warning for top rankers who already joined high pt load clgs that ,there wont be any time for gaining knowledge or preparing exams in internship and they must use every minute of their 3rd or final yrs to compensate internship workload. When i joined mbbs in high pt load clg 5 yrs back there is no one who warned me about internship and i wasted all my time in 3rd and final yrs thinking that i wud start studying in internship, i dont want any of my juniors to repeat this mistake. And also am planning series of videos addressing HOW to manage time in high pt load clgs like me, as me myself cracked neet pg this year. In my whole video ive talked only about top med clgs and top rankers . 2) For mid rankers , they wud anyway get moderate pt load clg and obviously they wont face this particular problem in internship. 3) for low rankers , who get newly established clgs for their rank, they have two options according to their individual situation a)if they put 100% of their hardwork & potential and yet scored less rank , they need to accept it and join whichever clg they get and study more in mbbs days to compensate less pt load and also mbbs clg doesnt matter at all if they crack neetpg. B) if they dint put their 100% efforts and scored less rank, they may take a drop or else follow previous point . 4) students anyday face challanges without guidance ..all i wanted is give them extra perspective, so that they can think 360• and take informed decision, rather than falling straight and learning lateron as in my case. 5) “why now?” Actually i dint plan anything ,moreover i was busy in my neetpg counselling stuff, i just wanted to share the mistakes that i did because of lack of guidance in my times,now that i have all those learnings ,im trying to be that guide to my juniors. Instead of “why now” I would rather say “ATLEAST NOW”i made a video that nobody has ever talked about .

hi achyuth, you are partly correct and partly wrong, MBBS top institute tag holds value ,only when yu dont do any pg in future and practice as mbbs.dr whole life..if yu do any pg later in life, all they see is which clg have yu done ur pg and our mbbs clg tag gets zero value, And moreover top institute is always best for any student, but i just put a different perspective that moderate clg might be a better deal in all terms, according to my personal preferences and experiences.

Hi Dr. Emoji your intention of this video might be correct but this is not the right time to release such videos as aspiring students who wants to pursue MBBS would get demoralized. You should have made this video viral well before the start of AIQ counseling why now? secondly there are 57 college's in Telangana (excluded 2 mallareddy, 1 neelima as they are deemed). Now in this 57 there are 25 Govt college's established from years 22-24 ( 8 college's in 2022, 9 in 2023 & 8 in 2024) as per your video you have mentioned to approach seniors....where do these 2024 new admission students who joined in 2022 Or 2023 established college's approach interns? where not even one batch is yet not passed out? The other way round there are very old reputed pvt college's which are established 2 decades before but doesn't even have much patient inflow today, where interns of such college's are literally struggling waiting for patients... This is not the time to think what is good and what not ....because this year is a bad year for students who have given NEET due to paper leaks resulted to huge cutoff Local non local cases, court issues etc., they are already frustrated now.....the moment they get a seat irrespective of any college they are ready to grab it. This is current scenario. Last year 452 marks last OC student has got a seat and today there is no clear visibility seen for those who scored less than 500 marks whether they get a seat Or not due to above mentioned reasons. So my dear friend kindly delete this video in the web and please do not promote such videos for time being. Let the students face what they have to rather than you giving such (may be valuable but not now) inputs might pull them back for not applying in further rounds. Am sorry if my message hurts you but am very transparent.

1)im not demoralising , this video serves as a warning for top rankers who already joined high pt load clgs that ,there wont be any time for gaining knowledge or preparing exams in internship and they must use every minute of their 3rd or final yrs to compensate internship workload. When i joined mbbs in high pt load clg 5 yrs back there is no one who warned me about internship and i wasted all my time in 3rd and final yrs thinking that i wud start studying in internship, i dont want any of my juniors to repeat this mistake. And also am planning series of videos addressing HOW to manage time in high pt load clgs like me, as me myself cracked neet pg this year.
In my whole video ive talked only about top med clgs and top rankers .
2) For mid rankers , they wud anyway get moderate pt load clg and obviously they wont face this particular problem in internship.
3) for low rankers , who get newly established clgs for their rank, they have two options according to their individual situation
a)if they put 100% of their hardwork & potential and yet scored less rank , they need to accept it and join whichever clg they get and study more in mbbs days to compensate less pt load and also mbbs clg doesnt matter at all if they crack neetpg.
B) if they dint put their 100% efforts and scored less rank, they may take a drop or else follow previous point .
4) students anyday face challanges without guidance ..all i wanted is give them extra perspective, so that they can think 360• and take informed decision, rather than falling straight and learning lateron as in my case.
5) “why now?” Actually i dint plan anything ,moreover i was busy in my neetpg counselling stuff, i just wanted to share the mistakes that i did because of lack of guidance in my times,now that i have all those learnings ,im trying to be that guide to my juniors.
Instead of “why now” I would rather say “ATLEAST NOW”i made a video that nobody has ever talked about .
