I love it when I come to a same-gender tribute video and I see comments supporting the characteres for their personality and their relationship rather than focusing heavily on the fact that they're both girls or both guys. It's nice because being gay, bi, demi or whatever shouldn't be an issue really(though I know not everyone thinks like me) And I believe in a relationship that is developed through experiences and friendship and genuine affection that can stay platonic or venture to romance naturally because of the individuals and have that be the focus --Well done amv by the way!
I ship GregxRose but I totally sympathize with Pearl's unrequited love for Rose as well. It is hard seeing someone you love happy with someone else-- jealousy is a thing but it's wonderful to see Pearl's character trying to understand her own feelings and I love Steven. I'm seriously so proud of him and his character development and he loves Pearl and I just love how he is supportive of her even though he is a kid and may not understand her romantic feelings for his mom, he understands grief, and loss, and that is something that makes him an amazing character and very mature for his age. +Frost Summer (BirdMom) In all honesty, I think it's an unhealthy attachment for her. She's loving someone who doesn't feel the same way about her. I think that the episodes that have dealt with her relationship with rose have gradually shown her that she doesn't need to be so attached anymore, and that she can be strong and independent. She's grown out of her dependency.

If I would do the finale of ST: Steven and hi's gem would separate for short time (for reasons I don't wan't to explain)and Steven would finally meet Rose face to face. Ok, I'll be honest here, this is my OTP. And I love this song. So I wish I could keep this video! They just go so well together, and I sorta feel like Greg stole Rose from Pearl, even though I'm pretty sure Rose didn't have the same feelings for Pearl. I can relate a bit to her, as I have this friend who used to go crazy with me all the time, but now when I try to hang out with her and her new friends I just end up talking with a different one instead, and the former pretty much ignores me. And back to the video, this ship and this song are soulmates. Well done!
