I’m a flatlander. I flew into Sea-Tac and rented a tiny pink auto. I bought food and headed to a cabin on Lake Wanatche. In a blizzard. I took my time and followed a snow plow over Steven’s Pass. I made it and spent several days alone in a cabin. I loved it. 💙

All that slow that fell we still wouldn't have had a snow day in school. Schools nowadays cancel school for 30 degrees and sunny for a solid week.

Please show me a school that cancels when it’s 30 degrees. This is a horribly ignorant take.

@@soccerthrowback0664 it was a little bit of satire, when my cousin was in highschool a few years ago, he was always getting snow days, they got maybe 3 inches of snow and it was multiple days off. We’d get maybe a day when it snowed 5-7 inches, but nowadays they call it for the slightest bit of inclement weather. On top of that they were pushing for even MORE snow days. I think the most snow days we had in a year was destroyed by just a few weeks of snow day conditions for todays kids
