This is so nostalgic. It's incredible the story of Frederic Chopin, really a shame how he died, but to see what he left us is amazing. How sad he was when he composed some of his masterpieces...just a brilliant man.

Well done, but if I may add a remark, slow it down a bit, it feels very rushed and i'm sure it would sound even better when you don't rush it. I've been working on this piece for a couple of months now, it's not an easy one so bravo nonetheless!

If we're talking about classic-sounding music then I'd really recommend the popular "Canon in C" but a personal favorite of mine is "Merry-go-round of Life" from Howls Moving Castle (the only piano version I've heard from it is on a Synthesia program, but you can easily find it on youtube) Good luck on your endeavors!

TEMPO: General tempo is fine. The tempo on the sheet music is andante, which is walking pace. However, you haven't used any rallentando/ritadando, so the piece sounds robotic.
RUBATO: You need to use more rubato to imbue the piece with a sense of 'longing', which would turn it from a mechanical 12/8 piece into a Nocturne.
1:46 - You played the right hand incorrectly. It's supposed to be 4 E-flats against 3 triplet quavers, but you played 3 E-Flats against 3 triplet quavers.
2:26 - Wrong note lol
2:50 - You played the wrong notes for the melody.
3:11 - You're supposed to play all the bass notes with your left hand because the right hand has to hold the melody note (B-natural dotted minim).
You have excellent technical skill, Nick, but you need to work on the interpretation. Nevertheless, you still played it a lot better than a lot of RUclipsrs I've seen, so kudos!
Thank God, I'm not the only one who doesn't like wearing the shoes while using the pedal!
