I watched the Tyson vs Lewis fight on PPV all those years ago. Had no idea that on the undercard I would also be watching a very young and soon to be, absolute great of the sport.
Pacquiao was looking at his opponent like he was going to eat him for lunch during the referees instructions. He was staring into his eyes like he hadn't eaten anything for days, and he was going to be the food.
Pacquiao was starting to beat him up right from the first round. In the second round Pacquiao started to get mean. He didn't give a shit and was going to turn his lights out. Julio believed that both Lewaba and Pacquiao were flukes. That seems to be affirmed when a lesser skilled but dirty Agapito made Pacquiao look very amateurish. Julio being an olympian was oozing with confidence. The look of confidence and how it transformed that moment when he felt the power is priceless.
