Hi, this video is from 1st week of July. Now the weather shows scattered rain. No issue as such. Do check which days it shows mostly sunny you can plan then.
Whether epass is mandatory for visiting Ooty in August?
If you have your own vehicle then do check once. Most probably it was only till June..

It’s peak monsoon time. Do check the weather and news and then decide. July didn’t have much rain.

Is it safe to travel to Ooty during this weather
Good question! I have observed the weather forecast and then got my plan into action. I would suggest check the mm of precipitation and then plan. I compared between 2-3 places and finally chose Ooty as it was showing that it’ll drizzle.
