dont these sigils share same internal cooldown? i mean when one procs the other goes on CD aswell? like air sigil and fire sigil i believe they never proc together and if one procs both of em go on CD for that weap set.
Thanks. i played both condi and power soulbeast builds. I can say that power one is not my type and condi one is easy to play. Actually all condi builds are lame imo. Power s/d daredevil is hard to master. You need timing and learn how to dodge. i am still learning... long story short; i prefer always power s/d daredevil. Much better for solo roaming.
