I think my favourite thing about this channel is that it is the GOAT of online Excel training channels, and then we get these random Easter Eggs of The Girv shredding on a BMX bike!
I already know that you are way cool if you use the verb "shredding" : ) : ) It was fun for me last summer because I helped my kid build a 25' x 16' x 4' tall ramp in our back yard, and all the kids that came to ride deemed it the "Girv" ramp (after my kid's last name)! Thanks for knowing the way old school terms and the new school terms too, Michael Linehan!!
I am the luckiest dad ever: he even made Excel videos when he was little. When he was able to walk, I always had a computer next to mine that he could use. And then when he was 3, he was doing things on his computer (probably playing Acid Factory on MiniClip), and after I was filming a video, he just burst out in imitation with: "Here's Excel Magic Trick and I an going to show you...". I stopped, and handed the computer with the Camtasia recorder over to him, and he made his first Excel video when he was three. He mad a few videos each year until he found other interests. Here is a playlist of his videos, including the famous truel videos that I made with Bill Mr Excel Jelen: ruclips.net/p/PLBD09F864744C5380
You must be way old like me, Journaling. I first delivered newspapers on my BMX bike in 1974 and delivered until 1977. I delivered the Oakland Tribune. My paper drop off spot was Claremont Ave and the Uplands in Berkeley, CA and College Ave and Birch Ct, in Oakland, CA : )
Watching this video reminds me of the BMX movies they made back in the 80s. Now I am realizing that those guys must be in their lates 50s and early 60s. Man, I am getting old, but you seem to be staying young with your love of BMX!! I am not as graceful on my bike as I was when I was 15. 😂
Yes, that awesome movie in the 80s RAD!!! Love it. All of us kids who helped start the sport in the 1970s are in our 60s now. We are old and the bodies hurt, but if you got the BMX/Skate bug, it never goes away. That is so cool you did BMX back in the day and that you are still biking : ) Old Guys Rule ; )
Fun has no age & y'all prove it, Mike! LOVE to see so much fun bein' had! I used to work at a bike shop back in the day (even tho' I don't bike myself - lol), so seein' this brought back fun memories!

You and your kid have genuine moves. No better way to bond than over a shared hobby!
