You Cannot apply in any Degree in the US through GLOBAL UGRAD PAKSITAN, you can go to UGRAD Exchange Semester only if you are enrolled in your Undergraduate Degree program in Pakistan.

Students selected will be either fall or spring candidates. Fall is Aug-Dec, Spring is Jan-May

Some ask for special Exams
And Yes in some universities, you have to freeze the year

12 Credit hours means a student has to take 12 hours of class per week
