also i suggest placing them in the middle of the base so the base gets damaged more causing them to lose more gems, you can also be the giant squid and place mines and also shoot the base, the mines will protect you, and they will be forced to destroy the mines to kill you, also destroying their own base at the same time.
when noobs see mines in the base, they keep shooting it nonstop, they dont even know that they are killing their own base, we all try to stop those noobs, but they just wont stop sabotaging their own team. imagine seeing like 50 or more mines in a base, ive seen it, and they all exploded overtime, 1 after the other, it completly destoryed the enermys base, leaving nearly nothing behind

i remember using depot invincibility once as a cuttlefish to ram someone out of their mine field. they ended dying with quite a few unused mines left
The simple way to pervent this is to simply do it to your own base with your own mines
or use immunity to ram people out then kill them
wonder what would happen if we did it with 5 or 6 cuttlefish...
