Thanks for your efforts I always enjoy your videos. In your opinion how problematic is the lack of maintenance of the sinking fund forecast by a committee and are they allowed to ignore expected work items that have been published in those plans? The latest available sinking fund forecast available at our complex is from 2013 and shows investment work that should have been completed but was not, the committee are then berating the manager for not maintaining the property to the required standards - worse they are taking legal action to drive down the salary they pay while driving up the work load (without specifying what the work should be in in detail). Rogue committee or just normal practise for our ‘special’ industry?
