Like that Insta-Sporting Goods, the computer in the main game let's you print out any item you've picked up. One of Junior Lifeguard's comment while waiting mentions 'nose powder', another of Owlchemy's silly innuendos. From your playthrough, I've notice quite a few 'they' bots, though it feels more impactful in CH to me - probably as those characters aren't robots and there's a smaller roster of them to memorize whereas the Sim (especially the endless modes) have several more random dismissible ones. Liked the flipping of scoops Old font from previous game Didn't know that phone Easter egg! I wonder if the Job and Vacation Museums etc. could exist on a planet within CH's galaxy... literally in the same universe.
